What to measure (quick checklist)

• Boat make / model / year (and any hull notes: steps, pad, tunnel, strakes)
• Overall length (include jack plate / swim platform if applicable)
• Beam width
• Transom to bow eye (bow stop reference)
• Real running weight (fuel, batteries, gear—how you actually tow it)
• Engine type (outboard / inboard) and any notable accessories
