Description
Heavy-Duty. Hull-Specific. 411Marine Trusted.
The EZ Loader TA102BS 18–21 4600 is a serious boat trailer built for real towing miles and real-world ramps. It’s an excellent match for Hurricane SD Series deck boats, and it also supports many other 18–21 ft hull styles when properly set up.
With a 4,600 lb capacity, this trailer uses two main 10′ bunks plus two center bow bunks (approx. 4’–5′). EZ Loader mounts the bow bunks to a 3″ x 3″ forward bow crossmember. Then it secures that crossmember with double 1/2″ U-bolts on both the left and right sides. As a result, you get strength and adjustability right where it matters—at the front of the boat.
Built to Keep You Moving
This trailer (as shown) includes two 10″ hydraulic disc brakes and slip-over rotors. Because the rotors slip over the studs, you can service them faster when the time comes. That means less downtime and fewer delays waiting on repairs.
In addition, EZ Loader designs the suspension to track straight and tow smoother under load. One example is the equalizer shackle (Part #250-031579-10) used on select setups. You’ll be able to get this part through EZLoaderParts411.com (coming soon). When the trailer is matched correctly, the result is a confident ride for deck boats, deep-V fiberglass, bay boats, and heavier-duty aluminum hulls.
Options That Add Confidence
Photos shown may include an optional keel/bow roller. It’s there for those “what-if” moments at steep ramps or odd launch angles. Simply put, it’s better to be prepared.
If you want an even smoother ride, you can also upgrade to torsion axles. Many customers prefer torsion for highway travel because it helps soften bumps and road shock.
Built for Saltwater and Freshwater
EZ Loader builds the TA102BS with aluminum and galvanized components, so it holds up in both coastal and inland environments. This is not a cookie-cutter trailer. Instead, the 411Marine.com team hand-selects and custom-aligns each setup to support proper hull contact, stable towing, and predictable loading.
Even so, final adjustments are always part of correct fitment. Boats vary by model year, engine package, fuel load, and rigging. Therefore, we dial in bunk placement and winch stand position to match your exact setup.
